Refund Support

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a refund, items must be:

  • In the same condition as you received them
  • Unworn or unused
  • With all original tags and packaging intact

You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase for the returned item.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item shows signs of use, damage, or does not meet these conditions.

 

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@mensfitwear.com or call +1 (866) 652-1382. Once your return request is approved, items should be sent to the following address:

We will provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how to send your package. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to provide a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost.

 

 

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

Some items cannot be returned or refunded, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products (special orders)
  • Personal care items (beauty, hygiene products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original product. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the replacement item.

 

European Union Customers

If merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must still meet the eligibility requirements: unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refund Process

After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
